The Jebel Ali Free-Zone

The Dubai Airport Free Zone

Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZ) was established in 1996 and became fully operational in 1999.  It is located within the boundaries of the Dubai International Airport.  The activities permitted at DAFZ are generally limited to high value, low volume products.  Companies dealing in IT products, luxury goods, light industry and activities related to the aviation industry are commonly set up within DAFZ.
